RETURN POLICY

We at Lately Lily want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment.

Instructions:

• All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
• All returns need to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return.
• Please contact us at customerservice@latelylily.com within 30 days of your purchase to make a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges MUST be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to EXCHANGE a product, Lately Lily will happily ship the the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
• All discounted merchandise is a FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be given.
